Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Director will own the commercial leadership, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth for the Panworld Group's combined portfolio of education offerings — spanning Panworld Education's academic solutions and Kodeit Global's technology/STEM learning products. The individual will build and scale the sales function from the ground up, growing Panworld Group's presence across the UAE, with a particular focus on deepening the Group's network within American curriculum schools to capture greater market share. This role is fundamentally about sales leadership and team-building capability. While experience in the education or EdTech industry is a strong advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement — what matters most is a proven ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization and to drive disciplined revenue growth across a multi-product portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the overarching sales strategy for the combined Panworld Group portfolio, aligned to company growth targets and market positioning.
  • Develop a unified go-to-market approach that cross-sells and bundles Panworld Education and Kodeit Global offerings to maximize account value.
  • Build a dedicated market share strategy for the UAE school network, with priority focus on American curriculum schools, while identifying expansion potential into adjacent curriculum segments.
  • Partner with senior leadership on pricing strategy, portfolio prioritization, and market positioning.
  • Represent Panworld Group at industry events, education forums, and school leadership networks to build brand equity and thought leadership. 2. Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Own the end-to-end revenue target (topline and portfolio mix) across both business units.
  • Drive aggressive growth of Panworld Group's UAE school network to increase market share against competing providers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of school partnerships — from lead generation through contract closure and renewal.
  • Lead negotiations with school owners, principals, procurement committees, and group education leadership for multi-year and multi-product agreements.
  • Drive account penetration strategies to expand Panworld Group's footprint within existing school group relationships.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with school networks, education consultants, and curriculum bodies to create sustained referral and access channels.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Build the sales function from the ground up — recruit, structure, and lead a high-performing sales team across the UAE.
  • Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance management frameworks to drive accountability and consistent execution.
  • Coach and develop the team's sales capability — consultative selling, negotiation, and pipeline discipline — including team members newer to the education sector.
  • Foster a high-accountability, collaborative sales culture across the combined Panworld/Kodeit sales function.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks that support the team's continued growth.
4. Market Intelligence & Relationship Management
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the UAE private K-12 education landscape — regulatory bodies (KHDA, ADEK, MOE), curriculum trends, school group ownership structures, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships with key school groups, owners, and decision-makers across the UAE.
  • Track competitor activity and market share within the UAE school segment, using insight to sharpen targeting and win strategy.
  • Monitor market trends (curriculum shifts, EdTech adoption, school expansion plans) to proactively shape the sales strategy.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to align demand-generation campaigns with sales priorities.
  • Partner with Product/Academic teams (across Panworld Education and Kodeit Global) to ensure offerings are aligned to market needs and school feedback.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations on forecasting, contract structuring, and delivery readiness.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to the CEO/Board on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in sales, with 4–5+ years leading a sales function at Sales Director / Head of Sales level
  • Proven track record of building a sales team from scratch or through a major growth phase
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue and market presence
  • Strong commercial acumen and hands-on leadership style
  • Experience in the education sector (school partnerships, EdTech, curriculum providers, learning solutions) is a strong advantage, but candidates from other B2B/enterprise sales backgrounds with a strong record of scaling teams and revenue are equally encouraged to apply.
  • Existing relationships with UAE private schools (especially American curriculum) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the UAE education regulatory landscape (KHDA, ADEK) (preferred)
  • Arabic language skills (preferred)
  • Based in the UAE, with willingness to travel across the Emirates

We’re dedicated to giving our people the tools and resources they need to succeed in doing work that matters, and to grow and develop with us. Our interviews are designed to evaluate your individual experience, thought process, and communication skills in real time. Use of AI tools without prior instruction from the interviewer will result in disqualification from the hiring process.   This position may require access to technology and/or software subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). As such, applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law. Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State. Except for U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), all applicants may be subject to an export license review process prior to employment.   Marvell may employ artificial intelligence technologies to assist in the evaluation of job applications. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About the role   We're looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our AI Enabling team. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption across the organization by building golden paths (primarily in the form of agent skills) and reusable components that help product teams ship AI-powered features faster and with confidence. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development workflows.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required given the necessity to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent-tool integration standards.
  • Familiarity with the insurance or financial services domain.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
  • Track record of mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
