KAYALI, founded in 2018 by Mona Kattan, is a modern fragrance brand inspired by Middle Eastern heritage. The company is seeking a UX/UI Designer to build digital content for its e-commerce business, reporting into the E-commerce Director and working closely with the E-commerce Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities — Website Design

• Design and develop a visually captivating, responsive e-commerce website aligned with the brand identity
• Ensure the design reflects the brand’s uniqueness, sophistication, and exclusivity
• Optimize the website for a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet

UX/UI Design

• Develop intuitive navigation and interface designs that boost engagement and conversions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Ensure ease of navigation and a streamlined checkout process

Branding & Content

• Maintain the brand’s visual identity across website, emails, and paid media campaigns
• Create design elements that convey the brand’s heritage and message
• Work with content creators to integrate high-quality images, videos, and graphics
• Assist in regularly updating the site and campaigns with new content and promotions

Performance & Collaboration

• Monitor website performance (load times, responsiveness, engagement) and run A/B tests
• Use analytics tools to track customer behaviour and optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams; manage multiple projects and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proven web design experience, ideally in beauty or fragrance
• Strong portfolio of high-end web design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of front-end development and responsive design
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals, attention to detail, and passion for premium branding
