Responsibilities

• SEO strategy development: craft a roadmap covering both on-page and off-page optimization
• Provide guidance and oversight to the VA executing SEO tasks
• Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
• Prepare and present regular SEO reports to management
• Conduct keyword research to target high-value keywords and phrases
• Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with marketing, web developers, and content creators

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation with a track record of improving rankings
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console (required); SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide guidance to team members
