Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance activities at the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation works.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with HSE policies and permit-to-work (PTW) requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and procedures.
• Report daily work progress, issues, and resource requirements to management.
• Support preventive, corrective, and shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure personnel follow safe work practices.
• Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, PTW systems, and HSE requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP PM/CMMS knowledge is an advantage.
