We’re looking for an IT Operations Officer to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting our employees, systems and cyber security initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines technical support, user administration and cyber security responsibilities, providing a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple areas of IT.

What you’ll be doing

As our IT Operations Officer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing IT support to employees across the business, helping resolve hardware, software and system issues.
• Managing user onboarding, offboarding, access requests and system permissions.
• Supporting the delivery of secure and reliable technology services through service desk, system administration and continuous improvement activities.
• Assisting with cyber security monitoring, vulnerability management, security awareness initiatives and incident response activities.
